Here in my home state of Nebraska we vote this Tuesday. I know most of you reading this blog might not be from Nebraska but here are some thoughts which will apply to every voter.
A. Before you go vote study the ballot and know the issues.
B. Vote based on the person not their party. Here in Nebraska we have had Chuck Hagel as Senator who is part of the GOP but he left his Nebraska values and the party awhile back.
C. Decide what the top issues for you are. For myself they will be the war, the moral issues such as right to life, and of course the character of those running for office.
D. If you are a person of faith pray before you vote and don't for one second put your faith in government or politics.
